Adele Thomson, Namaste Nest Yoga, and any associated training schools will not be liable for any loss, damage or injury which may occur whilst attending classes. The recommendations, ideas, and techniques described in these classes cannot be regarded as a substitute for the advice of qualified medical practitioners.

You are responsible for ensuring that the practices are suitable for your (or your child's) state of health, any medical conditions, and any injuries you may be working with.

Your child remains your responsibility at all times during parent and child classes.

You must ensure contact details are up to date at all times.

Personal information collected by Namaste Nest Yoga and the online booking system is stored in secure operating environments that are not available to the public. Namaste Nest Yoga will secure your personal information no matter where we process or store your data.

Namaste Nest Yoga takes the security and privacy of our customers seriously. We endeavour to conform with the UK and European Data Protection laws. We do not share any information with third parties nor do we collect or retain any information other than that necessary for us to provide our services to you. Information collected during the application process will be stored securely. Information collected will be securely destroyed if it is no longer required by Namaste Nest Yoga. To book a place in a class you must book online and pay in advance. This payment keeps your place for you and is non-refundable.

All payments are not refundable in any circumstances other than with the written consent of Namaste Nest Yoga.

Fees will not be refunded if a student misses a class, unless it is due to medical conditions affected directly as a result of activities in a class. Written notification is needed to process this refund.

Namaste Nest Yoga reserves the right to alter the program or teaching staff as a result of circumstances beyond its control; refunds will not be given in such circumstances.

To cancel your online subscription please email adele@namastenest.co.uk. No refunds will be given for payments already made. Your subscription will be cancelled from the end of your current billing period at the time of notification.

All payments for classes, courses, and events are non-refundable and non-transferable. In special circumstances I am happy to discuss this policy; please get in touch via email.

Please ensure I have your up-to-date email, mobile number, and join me on Facebook or Instagram to receive updates. In certain circumstances, your yoga class may, regrettably, have to be cancelled. This will only happen when all other avenues have been ruled out. Should this happen, I will let you know as soon as possible via email or text message.

In the unexpected event of illness, bad weather, or other special circumstances you will be refunded the cost of the class.
